Babe's Shoes named small business of the year

Babe's Shoes & Apparel, located in Southgate Shopping Center, 2515 S. Florida Ave., in Lakeland, was named the 2019 Small Business of the Year by The Greater Mulberry Chamber of Commerce. Faye Doppelheuer, owner, is celebrating 32 years in business.
